Private 1:1 Buttercream Floristry Session with Lisa Tu
Are you a professional baker who would like to elevate your buttercream floral piping skills or a hobby baker looking for a new challenge?

Then this private one-to-one with me may be what you are looking for. Come and learn the secrets of piping a variety of realistic buttercream floral cupcakes with my guidance, custom to your ability.
In this bespoke 3hrs private face to face lesson, I will share with you my top tips and tricks to piping realistic buttercream flowers on cupcakes. I will lead you through each stage of the piping process including how to make our signature buttercream from scratch. I will give you tips and tricks on helping you to pipe buttercream florals, including colouring mixing and 2 or 3 toning effects.
You will take away all the piping tips that we use in class, a large bouqcake of 12 cupcakes and 12 small boxes cupcakes that you have created during the lesson. The cupcakes are pre-prepared so you can concentrate on learning the actual flower piping skills. If you would like to also learn how to bake our signature moist Vanilla & Rose Cupcakes from scratch, I can also teach you this process with additional cost. Both buttercream and cupcake recipes will also be presented to you for reference. You do not need to bring anything as all will be provided. [If you would like to bring a friend along, there will be an additional fee.]
If you are interested in floral piping onto cakes, we can also cater for this. Please request this when booking.

To secure your spot full payment has to be made. We will reserve your spot for 48hrs.
Please arrive at least 5mins before the workshop begins.
Cancellation can be made as long as it’s not within 7 days leading up to your appointed workshop date. (Tickets are non refundable within 7 days, however can be postponed to attend at a later date or transferable to others if needed. )
If you are feeling unwell, please contact us and we will postpone you to a future workshop date.
